I wanted to downsize and with Kirk’s dedicated efforts we accomplished not only the sale of the existing home but the purchase of our new home within 3 months! I had expected the sale of the existing home to take up to 1 year to sell given the market conditions and the size of the home and I did not expect to get full price!  Kirk had 2 full price offers in one week! We sold it at $60,000 above its 2010 assessed value even though homes in our area were selling well below their assessed values at the time.

We ran into many unexpected hurdles but Kirk’s dedication, perseverance and incredible problem solving skills prevailed. I have worked with many realtors in the past and Kirk is not only a professional with the highest standards but he listened to us and even though he could have profited from having us buy a more expensive home he helped us get the new home almost $100,000 below its assessed value. He also counseled us about the pro’s and con’s of each property we examined. Adam Duckwall had the precarious task of helping us buy our first house. To make matters worse, we had a short time frame, and a limited budget. Adam went out of his way to help us find the perfect home. He sacrificed his weekends, and took our phone calls at all ours of the night. We consider ourselves extremely lucky to have found Adam. We encountered him by chance, when he was the listing agent on a house we wanted to see, and we knew instantly we wanted him on both sides of our home sale and search.
